Arctic Hunter Refund and Returns Policy

At Arctic Hunter, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with our straightforward refund and returns policy.

1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at support@arctichunter.lk.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping:

  • To return your product, please mail it to: No. 123, Main Street, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • For defective or damaged items, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
